Only the blue die is the attack die.

The yellow and red dice are the power dice.

Do you mean if you can "force" somebody to make a reroll?

I think it all about traslation, "play force die again" = "reroll power die" maybe.

Power dices are yellow, red and green (in LoR expantion). Blue one is an attack die.
