Are there any gadgets like the wrist launcher or flame throwers available for the Bounty Hunter class? I saw that there is a Gadgeteer specialization, but I could not find any matching weapons...
Bounty Hunter gadgets?
You can modify your armor and weapons. Page 187 should get you going.

Ummm, I'm only seeing attachments and modifications on weapons... No gadgets... Am I missing something?

Imagine the core rulebook as the first three "levels". You aren't starting with all the epic gear you will eventually have. Your gadgeteer is still learning how to mod. He's a fringer so he doesn't have a lot of the stuff he needs so he joined a group to get it. I would expect to see all manner of gadgets and such when the Bounty Hunter splat book comes out.
There are some armor attachments on page 194 but not much of the kind of gadgets you mean. I'm guessing there will be some when we get the bounty hunter sourcebook similar to the upcoming explorer one. Until then, as a GM, I'd probably let my players use the under barrel grenade launcher and flame projector weapon attachments on their armor if they want to. Also, having some smaller weapons or other gear built in to the armor similar to how droids have items built into their bodies would be a good stopgap until then.
Both weapons and armor come with hard points. What you can do with those hard points is described in the Customization and Modifications section starting on page 187. Weapon Attachments go on weapons, armor attachments go on armor. Each weapon and armor comes with a certain amount of hard points to show how much modification it can take. These hardpoints can be expanded on by a character having access to the Tinkerer ranked talent (available to the Gadgeteer and Outlaw Tech specs). There is no gadget equipment per se at this time.
Now all that being said, if your GM allows for it, one could allow certain weapon attachments to be installed on armor using its hard points. For instance, one could install a under-barrel grenade launcher (call it a wrist rocket laucher) or flame projector on a suit of laminate or heavy battle armor using its hard points and describe it as being on the arm. Or maybe the suit of stormtrooper armor has a weapon harness built into it, thus allow for easier use of the light repeating blaster for the wearer. But only if your GM allows for it as this isn't necessarily kosher at this time.

Yeah the under barrel attachments are what I had in mind as a backup. I was just curious... Now it's going to feel like an eternity until the bounty hunter supplement.
Its not there yet.
You'd have to do some legwork building the stats yourself, but you could pick up a copy of Galaxy Guide 10 (I think it's 10) - the one dedicated to Bounty Hunters. There's a boat-load of gear and armor and equipment there.
Yeah, I was right. It's GG #10: http://www.amazon.com/Star-Wars-Galaxy-Bounty-Hunters/dp/0874312078

Well, you see how they are coming out with this Explorer supplement later this year? I'm guessing they are gonna do one for each of the starting 6 careers.
I'll bet you 50 credits that the Bounty Hunter one will totally have stuff like that. Until then, make up some armor attachments, or special weapons.
Or use Jegergryte's fan supplement as a stop gap until then.
