GM Tools I'd like to see

By Ineti, in Star Wars: Edge of the Empire RPG

I'll be running an episode of EotE soon, and I'm thinking about what GM tools I'd like to see (if they don't somehow exist already).

Something I'd really like to see is some sort of encounter generator akin to what D&D 4e had online, where I can click on a selection of creatures or NPCs and get a generated stat block to appear that I can print off or cut and paste into a document for compiling into a single page to use in the game session.

Essentially, the stat blocks in the core book are pretty good, and I'd like a way to reproduce them short of scanning in the pages or hand typing in the information.

What other GM tools would you like to see, either as an official product or as a homebrew supplement?

Software like that isn't really allowed by LA. PCGen used to do stuff like that for Star Wars D20 and they got slammed with a C&D from Lucas' lawyers.

NPC/Monster and vehicle/ship cards would be very helpful.

Oh and PDFs of course. :-)

White Wolf made years ago NPC and scene cards dubbed SAS (Storytelling Adventure System) http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/product/54404/Storytelling-Adventure-System-Guide . Someone could style them for EotE.

NPC damage tracker sheet like in Twilight & Traveller + some other GDW games.

I wrote one of the Mage SAS adventures (The Abedju Cipher). It's a good format; I'd love to see something like that for EotE. I imagine it would need to be a fan effort. Maybe something a group of folks should get together on and create...

head over here http://triumphdespair.wordpress.com/ there is something what you are looking for it is listed as two different things EOTE alphabet and the alphabet ebook. they are one in the same just different medias.
