I seemed to recall reading a section which pretty much spelled out how to handle called shots, though the action was not specifically called 'called shots'. I didn't make a note of it while reading the book because I thought I would remember it...
I don't remember it and can't seem to find the that rule set anywhere. Did I dream this?
