so after i purchase the force sensitive exile talent tree is that my talent tree for ever or can I bounce back and forth between my smuggler talent tree and my force sensitive exile one?

also, what happens if i DL the long arm of the hutt adventure and try to play it with the EOE core rules rather than the beginner rules... im pretty sure nothing happens as the rules are thesame its just the beginner ones are spoken in beginner language.... of course the PC police could come repelling down my roof and smash through my windows with their steel toed boots waving their MP5s all over.

You can bounce around the trees as long as you follow the regular talent path rules.

When you purchase any talent tree, you can purchase talents from both the new one and whatever ones you have had previously. You don't effectively ditch progression in one for the other.

You didn't indicate which smuggler talent tree you had picked as your initial... but say if you intially had pilot, had then purchased thief, and then FSE, you could choose from all three.
