Number of specializations

I seem to recall in beta that there was a limit to the number of specializations you could have at one time. Am I crazy, or did that get removed from the CR?

You're not crazy. That was removed back in Beta during one of the updates.

Yeah, it gets prohibitively expensive to get too many, so a it's sensible to remove the restriction, and open up player choice. Having too many balances itself out.

As many as they wish to purchase. After the first, they are paying more and more for the availability of 4 cheaper skills and a talent tree. It creates either a very broad character or a very focused and specialized character. It will give both types of players their best choice to fit their character's concept.

There is no reason to limit anything.
