1) Yes, all players gets a turn at marshalling

3) Once a character dies with power on then the power is lost HOWEVER there may be cards that allow power to be moved

thanks got the core set and rule book .but will read the faq /errata to now.

I actually would recommend not looking at the FAQ until you nail down the core rules. The FAQ will just make your head spin most likely.
