I was going into my basement earlier (where the game room is) and I dropped my core Rulebook down the stairs as I was turning the light on. There doesn't appear to be any major damage. Just some minor damage at the edges of the cover. The iPad was dropped too but it wasn't damaged.

I guess if the book gets too beat up then I will just get a new one and let the kids have the old one.

BTW: If I had a PDF of the book then the hardcover one would never have left the game room. :-)

More like a failed coordination check with a triumph. I must have use a light side point to upgrade the pool since I definitely have no ranks in that.

I'm more relived that you didn't fall down the stairs. Books can be replaced in full. Hard falls can do terrible things to the body (especially if you're a 1st level magic-user in AD&D).

Yea, I accidentally dropped my book at an awkward angle when I went to grab it from the back seat of my car the first day I got mine (I was parked, of course.) It barely fell, but the top of the spine got a little wonky because of it .

It is nothing major though. I just felt dumb XD.
