Check the Rules forum. Short answer: If you still play 2 points worth of icons, yes, otherwise no.

I was so pumped to use this card once... then they just discarded a corrupt offical and i cried.

I have pulled this off every time I have drawn it. It is a nice way to wreck an objective.

Also nice when you top deck a fate card with the new objective. Says that Target of Opp for another edge battle.

The card is sometimes great and other times terrible. I think it suffers because of the objective set it comes from doesn't really help you much in the way in winning edge battles. :/
