The Horse Thief Event card:
"A Horse Thief is roaming the land. If you have a Horse and Cart, Mule, Riding Horse, or Warhorse they must be discarded along with this card"
Our question is:
Does this card effect ALL players (since it says roaming the land) or is it just the player that draws the card?
We could not agree on this one but opted for all players until we got some clarification from you fine folk!
