Hopefully this is an easy one.

Death can obviously go into the CIty. We have three clarifications we are looking for in our group:

1. Can he go into shops?

2. Does he have to follow the arrows around the board or can he move against them freely?

3. If when moving Death you have no option but to land him on your OWN space do you have to roll and encounter him or can you both just hang in the same space?

1. Sure, Death can go anywhere except the Inner Region

This is one big assumption that has no confirmation in the rules or in the FAQ.

Actually, the Reaper has to follow the same movement rules as the characters, except when explicitly noted (i.e. crossing the River freely by bridge or ferry, rules for exiting Dungeon or Highland)
