Buy the GM's vault?

Ok, so I'm looking at the GM's vault and rationilising whether I should get it or not. I have a full set already, bar the grey wizard pod. I'm wondering will it be to my benefit to get another set of GM bits so I can easier mess with my PC's heads.

In particular I'd like to know:

1. Do you get the disease cards?

2. Are there any specifically interesting wound cards I could do with duplicates of?

3. How many little plastic standup thingies do you get becuase my giant bag of them went missing somewhere.
