Probably not going to be until after the International Regionals…the latest date I saw was in Germany Aug 25th. **Granted, I didn't look at every country on the list.**

Hopefully, a new FAQ will come out when Wave 3 is released so there will be no confusion with how the new cards and ships work.

Will most likely be released at or right after Gen Con.
