Could someone who participated in last year's GenCon Tourney share their experience? What kind of prizes were awarded?

I played last year. There were 40 slots and around 25 showed up to play. Everyone got a commerative coin (I've posted pictures of it on BGG). We played four rounds. I had an imperial force and played against a rebel then three other imperial players.

After the four rounds the top four played two single elimination rounds to determine the champion. I placed in the middle of the pack and did not stay for the final four. The winner got a trophy, not sure if any other prizes were awarded.

Everyone got what is being given out as the "crash" coin in the regional events.
