Possible error in german core-rulebook?

By mastertn, in X-Wing Rules Questions

Hi, I didn´t find anything on this yet so:

in the english rulebook on page 20 on colliding with obstacles it says:

"Moving into and Through Obstacles
When a ship executes a maneuver in which either
the maneuver template or the ship’s base physically
overlaps an obstacle token, follow these steps:"
In the german version it reads:
"Bewegung über und durch Hindernisse
Wenn es nach Ausführen eines Manövers dazu
kommt, dass sich die Basis eines Schiffs und ein
Hindernismarker überschneiden, werden folgende
Schritte durchgeführt:"

Wich translates to:

"Moving into and Through Obstacles
AFTER a ship completed a maneuver so that the ship’s base physically
overlaps an obstacle token, follow these steps:"

Please excuse my bad translation, but as you can see, the part about the maneuver template isnt even in the german rules at all! So by the german rulebook the only way an obstacle could affect a ships´ movement is, when its base overlaps with it AFTER the move is made.

German Rulebook: http://www.heidelbaer.de/uploads/tx_boardgames/documents/SWX01_XwingCoreRulebook_german_v11_LOW.pdf

English Rulebook: http://www.fantasyflightgames.com/ffg_content/x-wing/support/SWX01_XwingCoreRulebook_lowres.pdf

Could someone please confirm this error?

Update:

A little research and an email from the german publisher later, I can confirm this indeed is a misprint.

So all german players (especially the new ones like me/others propably allready knew) are advised to change the rule concerning movement through obstacles on p.20 to the correct one as printed in the english rulebook.

So if your movement template, the black carboard thing, crosses an asteroid and my bases lands on the other side touching nothing, then it is still an Asteroid hit, right?

If this is correct we have to change a lot our playing styles in our gaming group as we usually just overflew asteroids.

Yes it the template touches the asteroid you must roll for damage and no action.
