I won't be able to make it because I am saving my weekend PDO for Worlds Weekend, but I will definitly plug this on my Maryland Netrunner Network email list. I might be able to get a few players out there. What prize support will you have?
I would also suggest adding this to the Netrunner Tournament Geeklist on BGG, as a large number of people are subscribed to it and that can greatly bolster your turnout.
