Just pre-ordered my copy of EotE via amazon, and the predicted arrival date for the book is 17-19th of July. I honestly haven't been this excited to get an RPG since V20 came out. 
I'm in the process of writing up a lengthy campaign for the game when it arrives; I was wondering whether anyone else has began planning away eagerly. If so, care to share some story ideas to help get the smelting pot boiling?

Is there any official word from FFG that it's releasing mid July (other thain their 'slight delay' article)? It's not Amazon itself selling it; it's a store selling through Amazon. The Upcoming section of FFG still shows all the EotE stuff as on the boat. Makes me think Funagain games is guessing.

The last official word was "first week of July" as per their "Slight Delay" news article.
Just checked Barnes & Noble, and they're saying June 25th as the ship date, which would put the official street date in the first week of July.
We'll have a better idea next week. If it starts shipping to stores first week in July might happen, if it's still on a boat no way it will be the first week at least. They seemed pretty certain about the first week timeline, and I am excited to get my preorder, so I really hope they can stick with it.

For what is worth, the banner with the release date that is showing in some RPG forums changed its date from July 7…to July 5.
Is worth mentioning (like I did elsewhere in this board) that they had a similar baner for Prometheus Exxex and it was 100% accurate.
The local game shop owner here told me when I was in that he got notification that it was shiping today (the 21st) from FFG.
You know what that means?

Barnes and Noble has the core book available June 25th (?!) and the GM Kit available July 28th. I'll be a bit surprised if either of those dates is totally correct, but we can hope.
Oh, and the dice? July 28th as well.
I've finally ordered from amazon.co.uk which shows dice as shipping on July 6th and book & kit as "temporarily out of stock". I assume that's just some kind of crazy automatic system status, since originally they had the dates as mid-June.
I'll be getting the dice sometime between july 10th and 18th - no word on the book and screen. Amazon.co.uk that is. So, who knows. Heh. Soon is accurate enough for me 
Hopefully before SW Celebration Europe.
I have my hands on the GM kit and one set of dice. My friend bought the only other left at the store. They had very little come through though stoked I could get this much at least.

While participating in an X-wing tournament yesterday, to my surprise I found the GM's kit and dice on sale in the store! I was shocked, believing that they weren't going to be on sale until the book came out. I've already got some ordered, so I didn't partake, but a player of mine did, which was great. More dice the merrier, especially when there is only one red die in the pack…

And now there's another person who's seen the GM kit and dice pack in store. Strange, since the website still lists them as 'on the boat'!
I still say pics or it didn't happen! I'm really looking forward to these showing up in brick and mortar stores.
Though Afghanistan is keeping me from going, I'm still pulling for all of you to get them quick!

That's nice, I was wondering of I should have paid a little extra shipping to pre-order the book and two sets of dice seperately, just so the book wouldn't be delayed by the dice. If they're already reaching stores, that's awesome.
