does anyone know of one? I'd love to see one, espescially with full card art.
Squad Builder Mobile app?
I just use the one at voidstate.com. Works just fine on my iPad.

It loads on my iPad, but when i try to login to see my saved stuff it says that the iPad can't do it or something (i don't have the exact error at the moment).
I assume you are using Safari?
Throwing mine out there as well:
I make PDF's of my lists and then load them to my Google drive account. I just pull up the lists I need when I need to. Doesn't help with on the go, but it is better for long term storage and quick (relative) squad changes.
I like BattleScribe (http://www.battlescribe.net/index.html) for use on my iPhone. It's free, and has a number of simple tools for easily retaining squads to pull up whenever I'm playing at my FLGS. After you get the app, you'll need to add the x-wing data file to the BattleScribe app, which can be found here: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/108106866/Battlescribe%20Data/index.xml
It's not my preferred tool for messing around while building squads, as there are better visual tools in some of the other referenced builders, but it's designed for my phone, and runs quite well for what I need it to do. I ended up buying it on my phone as a means to support the developer over the added features in the pro version (a dice tool which isn't really applicable for xwing, and the removal of small banner ads).
Credit to ArcticSnake on BGG for the datafile, which he periodically updates (no wave 3 yet). However, I believe it's relatively simple to use a PC version of the software to produce your own datafile, should you be compelled to do so.
As much as I love the Voidstate site for building squads, if you are using it at work where facebook is blocked you can't save your squads. Also it doesn't work the best for mobile devices so I use Battlescribe for that as it has a mobile app and works great on mobile devices.
I created my own files for the game complete with all stats and card text.
It also includes all wave 3 stuff that has been 100% confirmed as accurate.

Empire - https://www.dropbox.com/s/irfmu0bjy4zu74e/Empire.cat
Let me know if you spot any errors or have any questions on how the builder works.
