I have this:

2 x Core Sets

1 x X-Wing

1 x Tie Fighter

2 x Y-Wings

2 x A-Wings

2 x Tie Advanced

2 x Tie Interceptor

1 x Millenium Falcon

1 x Slave 1

I think to buy one more Tie Interceptor and 1 X wing…Is it necessary or my list is ok??

You don't need more but you may want more.

Depends on. Do you have some lists you're trying to build, and you can make all the lists you want with what you have. Or did you just buy some stuff and are trying to make lists out of what you got?

Myself I want 4 each of X's A's and Y's, 6 TF's, 4 TI's and 2-3 TA's. With that I can make most any list I could think of, short of the 8 ship TF swarm. Add in a Falcon and Slave 1 and I'd be good for Wave 1 and 2. For Wave 3 I'm thinking 2 b's, 2-4 TB's and 1 each of the big ships.

My purpose it's that I could make good list and, for example, a typical list is 4 X-Wing (I only have 3) or, use 3 TI in my lists (I think it is a good empire ship)…but, my question is: Are these ship 'a must'?? I need 4 X-Wing and 3 TI or not?

For example, Tie Advanced with one ship should be ok, or with A's the 2 ships that I have I think it's enough.

I have found, while playing a couple of missions with 100 points, that the fourth and fifth ships come in handy when calling in reserves. Otherwise you wont have enough ship models, pilot cards and manuver dials; which tend to get confusing during planning and combat phases.

I've bought the following for X-Wing:

2 core sets, mainly for the extra dice, ships and maneuver templates. The extra damage deck is a plus so each side has their own if needed.

Expansion wise I've picked up for the Rebels 2 X-Wings, 3 Y-Wings, 4 A-Wings and 2 YT-1300s. For the Imperials I've picked up 4 TIEs, 2 TIE/Adv, 4 TIE/Int and 2 Firespray-31s. The reason for this is it gives me enough ships to make almost any list out there and, more importantly as I play in tournaments whenever I can, the upgrade and missile cards I need as you can't proxy cards in a tournament setting.

As for wave 3, I do plan on buying at least 2 each of the small ships and 1 Lambda. Then, after I get a look at the upgrade cards in each, I might pick up more….in fact I'm debating on getting a 3rd HWK to get a third Blaster Turret card for my Y-Wings.
