Names of upcoming adventures acquired!

By kintaro3, in Star Wars: Edge of the Empire RPG

Got the Shadows of a Black Sun adventure at free RPG day, and in the back it talks about following it up with the adventures

"Trouble brewing" from the core book, and "Debts to Pay" from the GMs screen!

The mod itself is printed on slick high quality paper, and is really well laced out/designed, and is a prett nice addition to the gear we already have.

CMON JULY!!

Well it's good to know there will be a couple adventures available right off the bat. Hopefully they put up Shadows of a Black Sun as a free pdf download by launch as well.

That'll give them a solid number of adventures for new players and GMs to explore from the start, if you include the BB + Long arm of the Hutt and the Beta adventure.

How was the Shadows of a Black Sun adventure btw? Nowhere near me was running it, or had room to fit it into their game schedule.

Don't know how it'll play (didn't have time to play just stopped by to pick it up), but it reads real well! We can't wait to play it!

I thought it played pretty well, though after reading it I saw that our group skipped most of the second act, mostly as we got really creative and ran off the adventure's script for how we set about gathering various bits of information for the adventure's objective.

Nice!

Now let's just hope that the Black Sun RPG will be available to download for those of us who live in a massive metroplex, with PLENTY of comic book shops and other independent retailers… but not a single one of them participated in Free RPG Day.

And those of us who don't live near any of them. How would I describe where I live? If there's a bright center to the universe, I'm in the town it's farthest from. At least as far as comics and gaming stores are concerned.
