In the upcoming section it is showing reprints for the earlier hoth decks as updated, if they are updating the cards will i have to buy replacements for what i have now

The blue bar with updated mean the status of that product has been recently updated on the upcomingpage. So if you check it once a day like I do you know what's been updated recently

Concur with the first response to the OP. "Updated" on that page means that its status - in development, at the printers, on the boat, out for delivery, etc - has changed. It basically means the cards are closer to your local gaming store!

Does anyone know if there is a way to determine 1st or 2nd printing and thoughts on collector value on first print run? I know these are standard cards without short print units, but some collectors always go for first print run.

Print runs don't matter with LCGs.
