Only War Game Master's Kit PDF

I had a question about the GM's kit .pdf on RPGdrivethrustuff: http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/product/108871/Only-War-Game-Master%27s-Kit

The pdf obviously comes with the 30ish page booklet but does it come with the combined tables and such that are on the back of the GM screen as well?

When you buy the Games Masters Kit it will be 2 PDF's. The first PDF will be the booklet you mentioned. The second PDF will be the GM Screen with the tables you wanted.
