i was curious if there is somewhere i can go on the web that will let me see every Pilot, and Gear card currently available.

There's also this squad builder (which is one I like):

Hovering over the card titles will bring up an image of the card.

I like this one. It's a squad generator that shows pictures of all the cards and will calculate pts as you select. Shows all ships and upgrades from wave 1 and 2.
