Can you evade, then push the limit to evade again & get a stress token then get a focus from the pilot's ability?

As I recall you can only do a speciffic action from your action bar once a round. It probably applies to elite skill actions as when but I'm not 100% on that.

However since Soontir is being given a free focus token and not a free action he can evade, PTL focus, then get a second focus.

No but I usually move him, evade then PTL boost or barrel roll and get my focus. Alot of times you can get out of alot of firing arcs and still have a ship in yours doing this giving you a evade and a focus on you along with a stress. Then next turn do a green 4 green straight and proceed to setup for your next attack….coming in fast and moving unpredictable. Also a stealth device on him helps make him a pain to hit as well.

Also, keep in mind that the focus token given by Fel's ability is not a focus action, so you could Evade, then use Push the Limit to take a Focus action and gain a 2nd focus token from Fel's ability.
