A ruling this month about card immunity and attacking enemies in the staging area (see the post here) opens up a path for defeating The Nameless Fear in Flight from Moria. Hands Upon the Bow is a legal card to play against this enemy. Dunhere and Great Yew Bow won't work.
Anybody tried?
Your mission, should you choose to accept it: you will need Hama to cycle Hands Upon the Bow, and you'll need to beef the heck out of somebody. Erebor Battle Master with a Dunedain Cache and a cadre of dwarves at their back? Throw in Dunedain Marks and dual-wielding Dwarrodelf Axes to further boost the attack power. Call up the Support of the Eagles to add up to 9 attack power from Vassals of the Windlord, or even more if you manage to beef up some Eagles of the Misty Mountain first.
All this while trying hard not to advance quest cards (+victory points, noooo!) or get wiped out by A Foe Beyond or Dark and Dreadful.
