If a tank or low flying aircraft is infront of a unit of troops do they block or obscure LOS from enemies. The aircraft rules mention that it may block LOS. But the core rules state that a tank gives hard cover to friendly troops.

Line of Sight is blocked if you cannot see the infantry behind the tank. If you can see part of the infantry models then theywould be in hard cover.
