if you draw a card through a card effect during the draw phase do you benefit from TLV's passive? king's landing for example.

Never really thought of trying to use it in tandem with cards like that. I suspect the answer is no (RAI), but that would be a good one for rules link, because, as worded, it would seem to be a [very] slight possibility.
At last word (from Ktom), "The Long Voyage" was limited to working only with Framework draw. I understand the distinction in the wording (Eg with Knights of the Realm), but I think we can easily agree on what the develloper's intention was here.
