I seem to not be able to find this item in hammer of the Emperor or the Core Rulebook if anyone has seen the rules for it please let me know were to find them.

It is mentioned in both Core book and Hammer Of The Emperor. I believe it is a standard tool kit. What did you eant to know about it?

Sorry for the necro, but I have no idea what the Maintenance Toolkit or any sort of "toolkit" actually does. There's no rules for them even in the repair section of the main book. I guess they're just fluff items?

I think:

1. Toolkits are so you can do repairs at least a +0. Wrenches, Screwdrivers, a small razor, duct tape (was in IH War Zone), WD-40k, etc.)

2. Annointed would be something to do with the mechanicus who also have sacred oils and such

In the repair section of the core rulebook it mentions tools in the repair modifiers. +0 assumes that you have all the necessary tools. Other things like weather or being shot at affect the difficulty but I assume that having a toolbox would allow you to make repairs without -30 even if you are behind enemy lines (while being at some base it would be assumed that you can use the tools that the base has so having your own toolkit or combitool might not be necessary to be able to do repairs.)
