when a character turns into toad and drops his gold and objects on a ''draw 1 card'' space what happens when another character land there?

does he take all gold and 1 object ?

does it takes 1 gold and no other object ?

and what happens if there is an enemy prodecting those cards and gold ?

when a character kills the enemy does it take 1 object as well or the defeted enemy counts as the 1 card encountered?

but its a ''draw 1 card'' space doesnt that mean that you only get to choose one card ? or one gold ? per turn

It means that you draw one card when you land on the space, unless there are no other cards on it. It has no effect on picking up cards already on the space, which count as drawn cards toward that space. If you have a single card on a Draw One Card space you don't draw another card.

See the Rulebook page 9 (Encountering a Space - Draw Card Spaces, paragraph 3):

After any Enemies in the space are killed (see “Resolving
Battles vs. Creatures” on page 10) or evaded (see “Evading” on
page 14), any Stranger or Place there must be visited and any
gold, Objects, and Followers may be taken.

The only limit you have when picking up cards is the Object Carrying Limit (4 Objects, 8 if you have a Mule, 12 if you have Horse and Cart from Reaper Expansion, or even more if you combine these "Hauler" Followers).
