So do you shuffle the 2 core set damage cards together or do you keep them separate?
If you keep them separate how do you keep the decks separated?

In the little bags they came in…
Same, I keep them separate in the enclosed bags and give one to each side.
When I got my second core set, I shuffled the two decks together. But as I thought about it I decided that a single deck has plenty of cards for just about any battle, so I separated them back out and just put the extra deck away. Haven't had any problems.
You're not supposed to shuffle them together. Each deck has an arranged assortment of 33 cards. So if you do shuffle them together, you can't just split them in half and get back to square one.
For tournament play, you would use only one deck so I wouldn't shuffle them together.

Don't worry, I didn't just cut the deck and call it good. I sorted them out and divided each type in half. They're both legal decks again.
I would put Windex away so as you damage card you have replacements
isn't spell check grand … Keep one just to replace damaged cards
In tournament play do you use one complete deck for both players or one complete deck for each player?
Each player has to have their own deck for tourneys.
I have three decks of cards; I keep one seperate for tournament games and the other two are combined for casual/larger games. having more than one deck compiled honestly should not be an issue but I know there are those out there that would cry like a stuck pig. As long as the decks are complete, the ratio of cards remains unchanged.
Because you don't replace cards immediately after drawing them, the odds of drawing a particular card go up every time you draw a different card. The ratio is only the same for the very first card, from then on it is not the same ratio as a single deck would be.
I bought 2 core sets and have kept the damage decks seperate so that both sides have their own deck. It also makes it much easier to pull a damage deck out for tournament play.
Interesting… I never thought on keep the 2 decks separate, I think one of the first things I did when I got my second set (1 week ago) was to shuffle both of them together, then again, my games are very casual, my group is taking this game on the light side to goof around, although within the rules of course, so the odds on the damage cards has not been that important (yet)
