If i give my Robert's Hammer: "If it is Summer or Winter, kneel King Robert's Hammer. Any Phase: Kneel King Robert's Hammer to choose and stand a House Baratheon character." immune to non plot effects and my opp makes it winter does my hammer kneel?

I would think yes but i just want to make sure

Yes it will still kneel. It's own card text is doing the kneeling and it is not immune to it's own card text.

Actually, that depends on what non-plot card effects it is immune to.

If you're running this location out of house Stark with some dual-house or out-of-house Bara characters to use it on, and you attach Castle Battlements to it, then it's immune to its own effect, because that attachment is a blanket immunity (blocks all non-plot effects except for its own)…. or if you manage to give it immunity to all non-plot effects through some other means, it will have the same effect, and won't kneel.

If you give it immune to opponent(s) effects, then it will still kneel if there's a season on the board.

The FAQ states that a card cannot be immune to it's own abilities.

(3.17) Self-Immunity
A card with immunity is not immune to its
own abilities.
