Let me just make sure I've got the way Replicator is supposed to work correct:
Turn 1 (or so):
No Replicators installed. I install a Replicator, which allows me to search my stack for another Replicator and add it to my grip.
Later:
2 Replicators installed. I install a Cyberfeeder (or whatever); the Replicators allow me to search my stack for up to 2 more Cyberfeeders and add them to my grip.
All good?

Yup. The best part is Turn 2: Install second Replicator, can search your stack for 2 more Replicators (finding only one).
So replicator can only be used once a turn to search for a copy of an installed hardware?

No, it can be used whenever you install hardware. The reason the example above would only be able to find one is because there could only be one more in the deck.
Similarly, installing a 3rd replicator would be a waste, as you can only ever have 2 more of a piece of hardware you're installing.
