Yes A Dark Time will be out later this month. It is currently on the boat.
Edge of Darkness was supposed to come out this month but that looks to be a long shot now.
Long shot may even be an over statement 
Edge of Darkness will be in June now, it is at the printers along with pack 4, Assault on Echo Base which is already scheduled for June.
