That is a great looking play mat, and I love Scorched Earth.

However, I wonder why the runner card has been the limited in quantity card in the most recent kits?

Meh. The Mat is not nearly as cool as the Regionals one IMO. The Scorched Earths are cool though. Pretty underwhelming really, would have like to see Acrylic Tag/Bad Publicity tokens or something along those lines.
