For some reason it's not letting me go directly to the links, but those versions you found are from the CCG expansions, according to the only other copies I could find on TCoL, and thus are irrelevant in the LCG, since their text is different.
There are several ways to spot CCG cards. The really old ones do not have the same appearance and have the type (character, location, attachment, event, plot, agenda) written along the left side (in the modern design, only agenda is ever written and it's not in the same place). All CCG cards have a black border; in the LCG, only A Clash of Arms cards have them (the other LCG cards have white borders). So if you see a black-bordered card with some set symbol other than the one for A Clash of Arms, it's a CCG card. Any card with a copyright date of 2006 or earlier is from the CCG (the ones you linked are copyright 2006).
Note that no card is named "Ramsay Bolton". That character is always named "The Bastard of Bolton" (juste like "The Blackfish", "The Red Viper" or "The Queen of Thorns" are never named "Ser Brynden Tully", "Oberyn Martell" or "Olenna Tyrell" - though a few cards refer to their names).
