how would focus work on cluster missiles? would the focus only work on 1 of the attack rounds from the cluster missles or from both rounds?

This one is actually in the FAQ directly. The Cluster Missile allows two separate attacks. Once you spend the focus for an attack, the token is used and gone. So it can only be used for one.

Which is why Marksmanship is a decent combination with cluster missiles. Marksmanship works on all attacks that round, so would apply to both cluster attacks.

How does the 'Attack Twice' work?

A) Roll 3 Attack Dice->Modify Dice->Defender Rolls Defense Dice->Modify Dice->Compare Results->Deal Damage --THEN-- start over for 2nd Attack
