I will be very dissappointed if so as the only chapter packs I am missing from my collection are a song of summer and winds of winter :-(

I doubt it will truly go out of print, but I equally would not be surprised if where you're trying to purchase from ran out of stock. I'm pretty sure The Compleat Strategist still has some in NYC.
