I'm sorry but I don't have a direct link to the alternate Valar Morghulis and Daenarys Targaryen alternate art. There may be others, but not that I am currently aware of.

To further expound on question 1, since they're in this year's regional kit all you have to do is attend a regional and you should be able to get a set.

The regional kits seem to have only 16 copies of those House Cards, so that's something to be aware of if the tournament has more than 16 participants. The Atlanta regional gave them out to the first 16 people to register, which happened to screw over the rest of my friends who had happened to sign up last (despite having gotten there early for some practice games).

Also, the cards are double-sided, and feature art of warships for each house (except, for some reason, Stark, which uses the art from the old Stark Vale Pact; maybe that art's about to be reused for another card later in the cycle). The art for the GJ ship isn't used yet either, so there might be another Longship coming soon.

Attending might not be enough, depending on attendance. In the French Regional, you need to place in the overall top. Note that we have only one Regional, though all of our tournaments are bigger than many US Regionals (not sure about Joust, but our Melee is bigger than Worlds'). FFG really needs to wake up and notice how much bigger European tournaments are compared to US ones.
