Hey all!

I just wanted to remind all of you about the regional I will be hosting at Area 51 in Grapevine, Texas on June 2nd (Sunday). It is coming up soon, so I wanted to let all of you know the details.

Time of the event: 12:30 pm

Game time: I will pool the players to find out how many have actually played in a Star Wars LCG tournament. If not many players have, I will go to the 70 minute format. Otherwise, if everyone agrees to understand the timing rules, we will go to the 60 minute format.

# of rounds: I plan for now to have 4 rounds of play with the top 4 going to a semi and final matches. If there are more players, then I will extend the number of rounds.

Cost: $15.00 per person (this gets you the alternative affliation cards and a chance to win the playmat and other goodies from FFG)

I hope we can have a great turnout, I have been recieving a lot of messages about the event and meeting players all throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I look forward to seeing you all there, please post here if you know you are planning oon attending!

Nope, no need to pre register, but I appreciate you posting here to say that you are coming and how many are planning to attend. We have plenty of room at Area 51 so numbers shouldn't matter.

If the tournament is on June 1st, you might want to let FFG know. On this page: http://www.fantasyflightgames.com/edge_nrep.asp?eidm=115#Star Wars LCG they list the Tourney as taking place on June 2nd, and they probably need to change it.

I don't work on June 2nd, but I do work at 7pm on June 1st, so I probably can't go. I really did want some of those alternate art affiliation cards, but I don't know what Miss Manners (or the tourney rules) say about going to a tourney if you can't stay through the end. If leaving after six hours won't be too much of a disruption, my MetaBuddy and I are in.

If you can't edit the thread topic, we could instead just all come to the pasrty and have the Regional Tournament there.

Also, believe there is a way to edit by clicking report and changing "reportar" or something to "editar"

I plan to be there. I should be finally able to get around from having broken my ankle. I am just starting to be more mobile. By then, if all goes to plan, I will be in a lace up ankle brace and able to walk close to normal.

I'm planning on driving up from San Antonio, but I might not make it if the Netrunner tournament on Saturday keeps me up too late.
