Adding on to what the OP is asking can anyone give the table of contents? Or just coment on whether the book is worth purchasing right away or if it can wait a while.

Doomed - 7 points (!) - Cannot burn fate to survive fatal injuries. -10 penalty to logistics tests. -20 on Random Issue Gear.

Incompetent Leader - 5 points. - -10 to command tests in combat. Also, must make a routine (+20) command or intimidate roll for comrades to do their thing.

Both have general 'GM should keep this in mind designing encounters' style effects.
