Adventure Cards Question

By Doom Hammer, in Talisman

Played the new edition for the second time, and we was wondering what would happen if a character drops a single object card on a space that normally tells you to draw 2 cards, and then in a later turn another character lands on that space, in the rules it says that if an adventure card is already in a space when a character lands on it to only draw enough cards up to the amount the space allows you to draw, we assumed this didn't apply to objects and we proceeded to draw 2 cards, is this correct?

Thanks

When a card is down on a space, that cancels a single card draw. So if a space draws multiple cards, you would just draw one less per card down.

E.g. Hidden Valley draws 3 cards, there is a Shield on that space, you would only draw 2 cards.

E.g.2. There is a Sword, the Maiden and a Horse and Cart on the Ruins. If you land on that space, you wouldn't draw any cards.

Hope that helps.
