Unique cards - trashing Director Haas from runner score area

By Krisso, in Android: Netrunner Rules Questions

Hello - looking at HB preview form Creation and control I would like to ask about Unique cards:

Unique Cards (according to Rule book): There can be only one unique card of the same title active at a time. If a card with a unique title becomes active, any other card that shares its title is immediately trashed. This trashing cannot be prevented.

Director Haas, preview from Creation and Control expansion:

If she is trashed while being accessed, add her to runner score area as an agenda worth two points.

What will happend when one copy of Director Haas is stolen, and corp rez another copy?

1) Does the first on from score area is trashed? I

2) Is it treated as different card (blank 2 points agenda card) so it wouldn't be trashed?

3) Is it treated as "inactive" card so it wouldn't be trashed?

In mu opinion after the whole efford and credits that runner must pay, there should be no way for corp to trash 2 points form runner's score area so easily…

Agendas are only active when scored by the corp. They are not active when stolen by the runner. The stolen Director Haas would not be considered active.

Thanks a lot - it seems fair and right now :)

Also, if you read the card all the way through it says 'Limit 1 Director Haas' Pet Project per deck.'

So technically you wouldn't be installing two!
