Im looking for help building 2 squads. Interested in seeing other peoples opinions.
I have the following:
2 Core Set.
Millenium Falcon
Slave 1
1 extra X-Wing
1 A-Wing
1 Tie-Interceptor.
Need squads for booth sides that can play against eachoter so the cards are limited.
Rebels
Han + Mark + Gunner
2x rookie
Empire
Kath + mark + HLC + Gunner
Squint + PTL (any squint with the elite upgrade)
Couple Ties with pts left.
I think I did this correctly, you should have everything included in both of these lists. Granted, since you have less stuff, these are small "elite build" lists.

Only 1 Firespray, so he only has 1 Gunner card. He'd have to put Luke as the gunner on the Han ship, or lose gunner from Kath.

I'd go:
Empire:
Krassis w/ Heavy Laser
Alpha Squadron w/ Stealth
3x Academy Pilots
Rebel:
Lando w/ Gunner, Nien Nunb, Falcon
Luke, R2 Unit, Push the Limits
Prototype A-Wing
That uses pretty much the most ships possible while still using both big ships, though I'm not sure if you have an R2 unit (I don't remeber which expansion it comes with). You could also skip the falcon and run:
Wedge, R2 Unit, Push the Limits, Engine Upgrade
