Tyrosh: Lower the cost of the first out-of-House lannister card you play each round by 1

My Question: If I play Martel, can I lower the cost of an Martel Card ???

Or can I only lower the cost of cards exept of Lannister and Martel ???

No, you may only lower the cost of Lannister cards, when your House is not Lannister.

If you are playing Martell, this lowers the cost of Lannister cards, because they are out-of-house.

If you are playing Martell, this does not lower the cost of any other cards.

If you are playing Lannister, this does not lower the cost of any cards.

Tyrosh will reduce the first card that is both Lannister and "out of House". "Out of House" means "with a House affiliation that does not match your own". So, if you play Martell, it will reduce a Lannister card like Cersei Lannister, but not a dual-affiliated Lannister/Martell card like Ser Arys Oakheart (and definitely not a Martell card like The Red Viper).

Both reductions on Tyrosh (and the 5 other similar locations) are completely independant (so if you play a Lannister Ally character first, its cost will be reduced by 2).

Ok understand, but the second reduction can used for that house that you are playing, is that right???

Lower the cost of the first ally charactr you play each round by 1.

Can I use that for in house characters ???

Yup, the Ally reduction will always apply to the first Ally you play no matter what house you are playing Tyrosh out of.
