Improvements to the FAQ: printer-friendly version & an Index

Hey FFG!
There 's 2 changes I wish you could make to the Star Wars: the Card Game FAQ.
1, Android Netrunner has a print-friendly version of their FAQ, which is really nice. Printing several full-color pages is a bit more ink than i'm willing to spend for a FAQ (especially since I might have to reprint newer versions)
2, I think the FAQ could really use an index. Sometimes I have a rule question related to a specific card, but it's a pain to have to read throughout all the questions to find out if the card I'm wondering about is even in the FAQ.
Having an index of terms and cards at the end of the FAQ would help that quite a bit! This is especially going to become more necessary as the game (and the FAQ) keeps expanding.

I'd also add a list of changes from version to version to higlight newst changes to those who have read the past versions.

There already is, on the first page in the grey box underneath the cover art.
