Short answer - she is one of the TIEs who chase the Falcon off Bespin when they rescue Luke in ESB.

I guess any TIE Fighter depicted in Empire Strikes Back belongs to Obsidian Squadron. They chased the Falcon into the asteroids and then attacked it when the Empire was making their move on Bespin. Obsidian Squadron flew fighters configured for atmospheric operations.

She and basically every other named TIE Pilot aside from Soontir Fel himself were named out of the Decipher Star Wars Customizeable Card Game in the 1990s. It's kind of amazing to think about how far-reaching that game was when it came to things like this. It makes one scratch his head even more to consider that LucasFilm pulled the license from Decipher for no apparent reason.
