I for one am looking forward to the news. I know eveyone is saying B-Wing and TIE Bomber, but what if the wave is 4 ships? If so I'd love to see the Z95 Headhunter and a TIE Defender! Stat wise I think the ships would be even with this list:

Z95 Headhunter = TIE Fighter - low cost at the expense of stats

A-Wing = TIE Interceptor - fast yet frail

Y-Wing = TIE Bomber - slow, but packs a punch…or 2

X-Wing = TIE Advanced - middle of the line stat with options

B-Wing = TIE Defender - higher point cost with increased stats

YT-1300 = Firespray 31 - pretty obvious

It's just my hope to see the TIE Defender which is an amazing machine!

In what Star Wars Universe does a B-Wing = a Tie Defender? A B-Wing is slower/has less shields then a Y-wing, but carries more punch. I think it is going to cost the same as a y-wing. A Tie Defender would un-balance this game horribly. You want to give the imperials a tie with shields and the firepower of an interceptor? The only good thing about a Defender would mean less swarming.

The Z-95 is a perfect example for the need of a neutral faction. Clones flew those ships as did Mara Jade when she was still with the empire. The Z-95 was primarily used for planetary defenses and by crime/smuggler orginizations. I think the ship is needed, but not for the rebels.
