Executive order and 2 players variant.

By Jacob101O, in Battlestar Galactica

When you play the official 2-players variant, are you allowed to play Executive Order on you (instead of the other player) in order to take 2 actions?

Otherwise I found it's difficult to play if the second player is a revealed cylon.

Thanks for your answer happy.gif

PS: sorry for ma poor english sonrojado.gif

The rules for the 2-player variant do not change the text of any cards. EO still says choose "any other player" which means "not you." If you get a revealed Cylon, then the EO cards can just be used as your discard when over your hand limit, the discard to travel between ships, or to contribute to Skill checks. Playing them for the action would not be wise.

Strange that the game has a 2-player variant. Kinda kills the game spirit :/

Where is the thrill "is he a cylon, or the others are?".

My question is not if this variant is interesting or not. Please keep it in mind
