I'm thinking of getting Descent and all its expansions. How big is the space that this game occupies? Would a 6.9´x3.3' table (210cmx100cm) be enough for the biggest scenarios, or is the table not larg enough for the game plus all expansions in play?

The first time I played this we used a card table for the board and had room for the 3 hero players to use the table for hero cards/equipment. A separate end-table housed the Overlords stuff/spare tokens and each player was in charge of something near them, like the health/fatigue counters we had on a couch. It worked just fine, so you should be set.
Having the expansions doesn't add any space requirements, they generally just increase the size of your card piles by adding more "stuff". There are a handful of more chits to keep track of, but you can keep that stuff off-table.
The only thing you'll really have to worry about are the biggest WoD dungeons (I believe they are the biggest), but that should be enough room. The width is the questionable part. I play on a 6x4 wargame table and have no issues, but I've played on mid-sized dining room tables that were about 3' across and there were some space issues. I would think at most you might need to add a tv tray or extra chair to hold some stuff, but you'll probably be fine.
