My thinking it's that he can do a red maneuver getting a stress token and a focus token. Then use push the limit ..say to boost then receive a second stress token and a second focus token. This seems the case but I wanted others thoughts on this.

Several problems with this.

First, a ship cannot take an action while stressed. So if it does a red maneuver Fel will get a stress, but cannot take any other actions.

Second, you can't just use Push the Limit on its own - it is triggered by taking an action, and allows you to take a second action. Since the stress from the red maneuver will give you a stress, you can't take an action and therefore can't trigger push the limit.

The best you can do with Fel is 2 actions plus one free focus token in a turn.

P.S. Yes, I know that Tycho violates point 1, but I'm getting tired of typing "Except for Tycho" every time we discuss actions
